Default A dog is a dog.

Well, I think the main focus will be on his eatting schedule. When you feed him, make sure you take him out within 20 minutes after he eats or drinks. You will have to watch him closely also. Watch to see if he starts pacing the floor or sniffing around, usually those are great signs that he has to pee. Most people who can't house break their dogs just don't pay close enough attention to the signs. If you watch, I guarantee that they will start sniffing or walking around alot, maybe in circles or looking a bit stressed , like they really need to find a place to go. And don't let him out of your sight to roam around your house freely. When you are not able to watch him closely, put him in a cage for a little while, until you can pay close attention to him.

Best of luck if you decide to give Peanut a home. Hope you do!
