I have yorkies & a Jack Russell too! My Jack Russell thinks she is a tiny yorkie. She wants to be the lap dog of the family. They all get along great and make perfect playmates.
I would recommend neutering him right off the bat, maybe even have the current owner do it and offer to pay. If he is neutered before coming into your house, you will have a much better chance of keeping him from marking. I went through two males trying to outmark each other and it was no fun. You don't want him to get your JR started. |
