I agree with this too. There is lots of one to one time training a show dog, I know many people don't believe that we should make our dogs work, but I know Joey loves the time I spend "trick training" him. His training is not about the result, but the idea that we are working together on something. He reminds me so much of my human kids when they had learned a new skill, it's like they are so darn proud of themselves. I really wish I had the skill set to train a dog for the ring.
