I could not open the link so not sure what you pad tray is like but can tell you my experience with a regular pee pad tray. None of mine would use it. Craziest thing I ever saw. They would look at it and whine! I would cave and give them a plain pad, and they would go right away. They would also go right next to the pad tray
I have finally given up. I get the disposable pads from RDB911 and they do not leak like the ones I was getting at Walmart.
