 Heartworm Preventative
Our vet prescribes Heartguard for Troy and I must say although this is a "meaty" chewable Troy won't eat it. So what am I to do. I want to make sure he gets his meds but he doesn't eat it.
I'm most concerned now because last week Troy had a tummy virus and the vet put him on antibiotics. This worked but the vet also suggested that staying regular with Heartworm meds would also keep intestinal parasites at bay.
How do you get your Heartworm meds in?
