Here in the UK it isn't always easy to find a nursing home that will accept patients with dementia. We were lucky in that Eileen was able to go into one that is within walking distance from where we live.
I agree with this, my grandad also suffers from vascular dementia and there is not enough facilities for dementia patients here.
