We have had some good success with P-Pocket Belly Bands, which sort of looks like a jock strap and kind of on the expensive side...our little guy doesn't seem to mind that he is wearing it either. For those boys that are a little bit fussier and try to rub and take them off it might cause a problem...because it is a lot easier to put on and off than most designs, which is one of it's advantages. Do a google search on it and read some of the reviews and see if it's something that might work better for your little guy.
