He's only 1.5 lbs! That is so very tiny. If he has doubt teeth you need to get them taken care of or it will lead to infection. There have been plenty of other members here that have neutered tinies. I don't know of any other way to remove teeth without being put under anesthesia. If you do the blood work and make sure to you a skilled vet both could be done for his health sake.
