It sounds like you had the same problem that I did..do you remember the website you were on when it started acting funny...Mine was called the blrhn.dll worm/bug...It attached itself to my files, so once I started deleting them like I was told, I got hosed.
I wish I knew also, I had my idenity stolen back in April(it was horrible) That time it was my fault. They used my card to buy, cell phones, phone cards etc..they tried to establish residence at my house by getting mail sent in their name here...What saved me was 1, they were using my info in different countries(ie..South Africa, Vietnam, France, and Ireland.) Their names were able to be traced back to real people(HOW STUPID)...I thought everything was cleared up until the mail kept coming...Every other day, I was at the FBI office in Baltimore County, our poor mail man told me the first two times to put return to sender on them..But, I started getting afraid, so I used the FBI fraud number, I got from the card company.
I am so grateful, this morning could have been so much worse!!!
