How awful!
I saw a yorkie in a car as I was going into Walmart the other day. I would never leave my babies alone, never. Would you leave your kids in the car in a dangerous neighborhood or mall parking lot, I think not! I feel bad for her but this should be a lesson to us all. Take them home or sneak them in with you
