So I can say, from first-hand experience with Izzy....a curly coat can have a silky texture.
Well I have to say it could be a modified silk because a modified silk can be on the silky side and have curls but my silk coats that are pure and true and that I've seen and whelped has never had curls or waves. I've seen modified silk coats have curls. A modified silk coat can have a silky texture, does that make sense? A pure silk coat will be straight as in silk fabric but when you mix a silk fabric with a cotton fabric you get modified so hence a curl as in what a cotton fabric could possibly have
