Let me start by saying that I am not a vet; however, I believe the OP could be on to something as far as a UTI or kidney problems. If your little one just stopped using the pads for no apparent reason to you, it could be that she is having pain with urination and associating that with the pads. I would definitely take her to the vets and have her checked out. Unless you have had some other big changes in the house (moved somewhere new, new pet, new person living with you... someone move out...) things like that could possibly disrupt her also. Good luck!
