She is so tiny that she has never been able to climb the stairs or jump onto anything, so I can't see a change in that. But her walk is normal like before, she turns her head easily in all directions and she now sleeps on her back, which she didn't do when we first took her home after the fall.

She has an appointement first thing tomorrow morning with a neurologist, hopefully he'll clear things up for us.
Sleeping on her back can be a good sign, a dog that is not feeling comfortable in a home or trusting won't expose their belly...

When my little female first came to us, she did not like to be held for more than a few seconds at a time... she's gotten better but it has taken many months. Probably longer too bc she didn't 'know' us to begin with. She just gets nervous after a time so I let her down when she wants down, but she is staying in my lap a lot longer now, especially when she gets belly rubs.

I hope she does well at her appointment with the neurologist tomorrow. Even if nothing is found, I think you will still be dealing with regaining her trust for a while... and I don't know if she will ever return to her 'normal' self, totally. I guess that depends on how bad the fall has affected her, and as they can't talk, you will have to be sensitive to her reactions as much as possible to try to help her recover.
