I agree with the others who suggested a second consult. Trust in your expert knowledge of "your" dog, it is telling you something is still wrong.
Is she sensitive at all to loud noises; like the doorbell ringing or loud clapping?
When you call her name, does she turn her head to the sound of your voice? And is the head turn done easily and smoothly?
Does she jump up easily onto a low stool or couch?
When you watch her sleep, does she turn over easily? Does she ever turn onto her back?
When you watch her walk, does she carry her head at the same level and angle as before the fall?
