Well, aggression to other, strange dogs in her home is not uncommon. My Westie cannot stand any strange dogs in his house; but he has never been aggressive to people or children ~ just strange dogs.
If the lab puppy is pouncing her - then I can see why she would not like this.
I'm not sure about how to address the cat issue. Sounds like she is trying to play; hopefully, someone with both dogs and cats will come along with some advice.
