Yes she is on Prednisone. I first thought that the hematoma was why she was not barking and whining, her tongue was swollen because of it and she also wasn't able to eat solid food. It is now gone, she is eating solid food again and her tongue is no longer swollen. She has had several sets of x-rays of her head, neck and body. Once right after the accident, once before we took her home the following afternoon and once when we went for a follow up three days later. All x-rays were examined by several doctors including the neurologist, and they all came out normal.
