Biewers have the same health concerns as yorkies. I know a couple of reputable breeders in your area that would welcome meeting you and address any concerns.
Also in Reading, this March, there is a NAKC show held in conjunction with the pet expo that many biewer breeders attend and participate. Would love to introduce you to our breed.
