All I can say is do your research, Yes the Parti color yorkie is AKC registered and the Biewer is not. Both are tri colored yorkies. The Biewer lines are inbred alot so if you don't watch, you can end up with alot of problems.Some of Parti color yorkies are not inbred,. if you do your research and get one from a reputable breeder.
It all amounts to the breeder, please research and buy from a reputable breeder.
