My challenge has always been hunger. I don't mind eating healthy, but I have a HUGE appetite, and can easily overeat even healthy things. One thing I've found very, very helpful is greek yogurt. I like Fage. |


GREAT IDEA! It definitely helps to have others keep you accountable. hmm...I have to lose 30-35 lbs.

I have been joking about my weight for the LONGEST time, but it's now time to do something because my doctor says that I need to keep my weight at an ideal weight because my glucose hemoglobin is a little higher than normal. Time to hit the gym...in 2009, I joined school's cross country team and lost 10 lbs...and now I've gained that back and added another 10 lbs!! Controlling/losing weight is SO hard! I get SO jealous of those that eat and eat, yet never gain a pound...
