That's exactly what happened to us too. Both our pups (littermates) had Giardia and Coxidia when we got them. Our little girl got better with the meds but our boy was never 100% no matter what we did. All his tests came back fine but he had loose stool (sorry to be graphic) for well over a year. We suspect that it may have been a reaction to the puppy vaccines with his weakened immune system. He had a bad bout after his one year booster too so we will titer from now on. Now that he's finally better, since we started on raw, we still keep a close eye on what comes out. Other than an array of colors, they've both been doing great on the Primal. I just wasn't sure if the color changes was anything to worry about. I'm really glad to know yours have multi-colored poo too and also that I'm not the only one on poo inspection.
