I feel the same way! I've always had a phobia over it. Not that they would intentionlly hurt them but may think of them as a toy. I love large dogs too, I've had one. But I didn't have her around yorkies back then.
My friend Debra has a golden named Jordan that her yorkie sleeps on. Really sweet gentle dog. I'm trying to find the pic of that, it's cute...
