I was reading about these bowls on another thread the other day and am so glad this subject got brought up again. Louis is a fast eater, and I was interested in this bowl or trying out something to get him to slow down.
I used a small sauce or condiment bowl turned upside down in his food bowl. It works like a charm! I was shocked, after all of this time trying to get him to slow down and something so simple works this great. lol....it works so well that Ruby, my tiny girl is now sometimes finished before Louis and I thought I would never see that day!
