I don't have any expert advice, but if it were me and I was worried he wasn't eating I would take him to the vet. Maybe if that isn't an option try keeping his sugar up with Nutrical? Hypoglycemia in the little ones can make them go downhill fast. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will see this and help out!
