He did call Home Depot and because it has nothing to do with the Home Depot Credit Card they had no clue what he was talking about. The whole thing is fishy and then not being able to call the number provided on the letter is even more bizarre. I did see that they came up on Rip Off Reports for TMobile, nothing about Home Depot though. . .
