A step in the right direction would be to immediately neuter your male puppy. Neutering a relatively cheap, quick recovery and will help to eliminate many of the issues with marking inside your home. Then in a few weeks when your female is able to have a spay she can then be spayed. Good luck and please don't wait to neuter your male.
