I noticed no one has replied to your thread yet. Brandys were up and down until the past couple of weeks. Whenever she seemed to be happy they would be up. There are things you can do to keep them up like shave them or tape them. But I don't do any of that and her ears stay up. I don't like the idea of holding her down all the time and messing with her ears just for something cosmetic. I believe while she is a puppy play should be her number one priority. I like Brandy's ears up or down. I believe more so it depends on genetics. Good luck!
