You pup is way to young to be a mom. She is not mentally capable of handling being a mom since she is a baby herself. Do her a favor and have her spayed immediately. Also, a vet is like a human general practitioner. They are great for when you need general advice, but when humans get preggos, they go to someone else for care. Same goes for our beloved pets. When we need general advice to look after their well being, the vet is fine. A vet went to school and learned about all different sorts of animals, but they don't know what it takes to breed any breed of dog. (Unless they studied into that as well.) There are over 100+ breeds and in no way would they know what it takes for each and every single one of those breeds. An educated breeder educates themselves in their beloved breed. Every breeding is calculated carefully, not just allowed to happen.
And the peeing sounds like a UTI to me.
