I haven't practiced in high distraction (well besides at the holidays when there was a lot of in house commotion) . I guess I should practice the commands when I take her out for walks so she'll listen outside.

I have not seen the video, but I will get to work on it ASAP! Do you think "stay" would work better beforehand? That way she never actually gets out (hopefully anyway)?

I planned on teaching her "stay" this week, but I thought mastering "leave it" and "come" were important for dangerous things (like dropped pills or bad things on walks) and for if she ever got loose. Now I know that "come" doesn't work if she is outside though...
