I wouldn't know what parti breeders agree or disagree on because it has never been brought to a table or to a meeting with the YTCA.

I know how the YTCA members feel about it, it's written on the website, if you are waiting for them to write you a standard, I do not think you are really serious about what you are trying to accomplish. I also do think some parti breeders truly believe in what they are doing, but I don't see the point in getting the YTCA to accept their vision for the Yorkie.
