LOL Just crossing my fingers there is a bit less stringy coat lurking underneath. I'll love her the same regardless though.

She may have a really slow growing silk, and at 7months old her adult coat will not be in yet. Maybe you can have the groomer trim 1/4-1/2 inch all around and see how the coat looks then.
