Isn't there someone to turn the kennel into? I have no idea on any of this. I have never dealt with a breeder. My sister in law gave me Rosie. (And I must say it was the best gift EVER!) If there is neglect I would hope there is something that can be done. I know it happens everywhere with "puppy mills". But if he is doing improper things he needs to be shut down! |
he's licensed by the state now. so according to MO he's doing nothing wrong, but we all know that breeding for money no matter how nice you are or clean ur kennels is still breeding wrongly. i wish MO had a lemon law on selling dogs under 12 weeks if nothing else at least for toys under 20lbs.
