Plus, Carmel ALWAYS goes bazookas when he sees other people...can't control his friendliness. Thus, I'm hesitant to bring them to stores with me because I get embarrassed when I get asked to leave.
Places so far that I know do NOT allow pets (in CA):
-Bank of America (so I will be switching bank soon)
-Wlamart
-Joann's Fabric
-Target
-Hammer Museum
-theme parks (which sucks!, but they do have kennels for them) |
OMG Joann's ?

They have so much sh*t in there, who'd care! And the bank ugh, forget it! We go to the local wells fargo all the time. I'm curious which theme parks? The animal park here in San Diego, CA, never had any problem w/Sprocket, though I do say he was in his stroller cause I didn't want to carry him for 3 hrs

, but still. Your comment about being embarrassed IF you get MIGHT get asked to leave, just look at the clerk and if they are being nice, "OH, of course I will, I'll spend my $$$$, how ever much you were going to spend, atleast $100, at so and so's store, AND, OH BTW what is your mgr's name? So I can be sure and tell them how helpful you were". IF THEY ARE NICE. If not and quote the food thingy, demand to see THEIR health inspection grade letter, It has to be posted and every place that carries food has to be inspected and have a "letter" you know the "A,B,C" thing, it's the law. If it's their company policy and some are, ask to see a written copy. Make sure the store knows that you are responsible w/your dog and if they won't or can't let you in EVERYONE you know will know about the bad
PR their gonna get, both in person and as here, on line, shop w/your $$, the economy is bad, this is the one reason I don't shop at Target, no dog. That food thing at Target is BS they wouldn't let Sprocket in BEFORE they had food. As you can tell by the info,
sometimes I'm a pain in the bu**t. Smile sweetly, look them in the eye, show your teeth, they don't know your growling

. OH and don't bite, it gives the dog a bad name, you are just the crazy dog lady, lol. P.S. DH thinks I need an intervention, shopping that is, not dog.
