Definitely check with the vet first because of the toxicity of onion powder and potential fat in the steak, and for advice on diet. When my guys had tummy problems, I rested their stomachs for half a day and just made sure that they didn't dehydrate. Check Bailey's gums and make sure they stay moist and pink. If they get sticky and pale, give Nutrical or Karo. Then I gave plain boiled chicken and white rice in very small amounts. You can also try plain oatmeal, no sugar or flavorings added. Start off slowly to make sure she keeps it down.
