i cried my first time too...and then got her and the groomer had cut all her toe nails to the quick
it made me sooo sad, but then i found an awesome groomer that only takes about a half hour- an hour and calls rite away and i love her and the kids do tooo... it's a lot easier on my poor sensitive soul.
