That vet certificate just gives the airline a big yes or no to shipping him. I don't believe it would say anything about the coughing or shots. They should have sent you a shot record. Make sure the vet sees that when you bring him in. |
How does he look old enough to have this shot and how can you deterrmine that just by looking at him.
She just got the dog from the breeder and the breeder doesnt normally give the third set of shots
