For those looking for a P & S (point & shoot)...although I am a Nikon-guy the 2 cameras I would seriously look at is the Canon S95 and the Canon G12. Those are probably over your $150 budget, but you do get what you pay for...

Thank you so much for those links! I agree I love it when fellow photographers give the lighting information... I also normally check out the .exif data and see what settings and lens, f stop and focal length they used. I'll have to find some time to post up my pics...
