Welcome to YT.
He is only 12 weeks old, you cant really expect him to be totally potty trained just yet.
Changes in enviroment and teething can disrupt training, just keep at it and he will eventually get it.
My pup is nearly 8 months old and I can only NOW say that she is 99% house trained.
