So.... they are getting both EPA and DHA from fish oil which is the best; and if they are eating them, I would definitely continue. As the Omega 3's are something that has to build up within the body in order to prevent dry and itchy skin. It is not something that will show immediate benefits from one or two uses. It must be used consistently and over time.
Well, I understood that part lol...
I was just wondering if they needed the additional fish oil that is listed separately in the gel caps. I haven't actually tried these chewables yet, though. I'm still researching for the best solution.
