I know there's another one that is very similar. I think it's called Addiciton or something close.
I only mention that because I know that it takes lots of water to break down the kibbles and you said that he won't eat pre-soaked kibble.
Or, you could try a pre-made raw (or DIY raw). Since the meat is inclusive of water, it should help as well.
