I completely agree about the ID tags. The same thing happened to me about two months ago and we had to drive to the animal shelter because he did not have any tags, and he was also not microchipped. If it weren't for the fact that the owner called in 5 minutes within us being there, we wouldn't have been able to return the dog that same day! |
