LOL, yeah, I am one of "those" people. Even a flat one can be bad though. I have had most of mine removed for cosmetic reasons. They are just plain ugly! But they test every single one. I don't know why you would be scared. There is nothing to be afraid of especially if it is caught early. And having them removed is not a big deal either. At least once you have it looked at you will know and you can stop worrying about it.
