My challenge has always been hunger. I don't mind eating healthy, but I have a HUGE appetite, and can easily overeat even healthy things. One thing I've found very, very helpful is greek yogurt. I like Fage. |
May be a good idea. Its all about accountability. That's how I lost mine before. Knowing I had to step on the scale in front of someone gave me the motivation I needed. Then I got busy and stopped going. And guess what...20 lbs back on that need to come off! So, maybe a post or mini community is a good suggestion.
