Yep, I'm in. I have a lot of weight to lose, but I really need to lose twenty. Anything past that will be vanity weight, but I am VERY vain.
Any way we can keep ourselves honest? Should we each post a tip a day in a special thread? Start a mini-community? Promise to donate money to an animal charity if we don't hit our goals?
My challenge has always been hunger. I don't mind eating healthy, but I have a HUGE appetite, and can easily overeat even healthy things. One thing I've found very, very helpful is greek yogurt. I like Fage.
