Welcome to 600 Million Stray Dogs Need You
I came across this website and I am unsure of my opinion right now.
This would be good in so many ways if it goes through with the FDA. But will it be more affordable for the pet owner? Will it be vetoed because it would take money away from the veterinarians who do the surgeries? Will it be one more thing show breeders have to watch out for at dog shows? Would this be the answer for breeders who want to make sure the puppies they place won't be bred?
