Finally dinked around with it long enough and figured it out. For me it's not a + sign though.... its a box with an arrow coming out of it. I see that at the bottom of the screen when I'm on the YT mobile page. When I tap that it gives me the choices "Add bookmark, add to home screen, mail link to this page and print". I tapped "add to home screen" and then got an option to rename the page and now it's on my home screen. Cool!! Now I know that about other pages I may want to add also.
