Looks like they've had 13 complaints filed with the BBB in the last 3 years:

Is this their site?
Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier, Yorkie, Cavalier and Pomeranian Teacup Puppies at Affordable Pups

If so, they are puppy brokers. Their health guarantee is basically worthless- only credit towards the purchase of a new pup.
