It's not bad if it's done right. When giving meat or poultry, be very careful with fat content. Some should be skipped altogether. Some pups are lactose
intolerant and some aren't. So ice cream with set better for some.

Unless you are a really healthy eater, food from your plate probably isn't a good idea. Just depends on what you're eating.

I can't agree when people say they are totally opposed to giving people food b/c my girl may not be alive today without it. She just can't handle dog food. It is very easy to trigger pancreatitis and all of the foods that do trigger it are not known, so it is important to be very careful.
