Just curious.... Does Georgie have dark roots? The reason I am asking is Piccolo has about a half inch of dark roots, then it goes to silver. (You said he had some dark colors on his back.)
I used to blame Piccolo's light coloring on taking prednisone for a very long time, but I don't think so now. Before that she was a dark gray - until about 2 years old. Did you ever see Georgie with darker gray? |
Yes, he does have dark roots. It is very obvious now because I had his hair cut short recently. He is getting older and I just felt he did not need me messing with his hair all of the time. He also has been on prednisone (Temeril P) for some time and that is interesting; but I have another one who is getting lighter as he ages and he is not. I also had a foster last year who was very light. I think some are just light colored like that.
