I was feeding Evanger's but stopped when they had a big recalled last year. Originally I began adding it the Natural Balance kibble when Doodlebug was a puppy with canned pumpkin because he would throw up after meals. Then we Bogey who was extremely underweight and malnourished it helped to bring his weight up to a good (eventually too good) level. Around that time there was a venison shortage with Natural Balance Sweet Potato and Venison so I continued with a different variety and added the mixture. What I did was mix the pumpkin and canned meat together and added a little to their kibbles with hot water to make a thick gravy. They loved it! My big mistake was not cutting back on the kibble. So be sure to adjust accordingly.
