Hmmmm, Hi,
In my opinion (I of course am no expert and haven't been there personally) it kinda screams puppy mill. There are too many puppies for sale at any given time and they have one of them 'on sale' for 'one day only'! These are living creatures, and babies to the likes of you, me and all the other Members here- they are a way to make money to people who run mills. As for the testimonials, if you set up a business website, would you include Bad reviews?
Even their name is a red flag to me; affordable puppies- not healthy puppies or perfect breed standard puppies (but of course they aren't that because they are TEACUPS). And they are cheap, have you asked yourself why that is? Or better still, asked them?
I'm glad your friends puppy is doing alright, but that may not be the story you would come back on here with... I'm on my phone not pc so didn't check out the contract/garentee- does it protect puppy and buyer or just the 'breeders'?
Clean is a good sign, but not nearly enough- you can be sparkling clean, but if you have a genetic health problem getting passed along, or general vetcare being overlooked due to sheer volume of dogs, clean isn't really enough...
I'm sure someone with better mill-spotting abilities will answer soon, and check it Fully out, but even the fact you are asking about it shows you are not sure... And you have to be 100% about your breeder first, so keep checking around, the ritght puppy will come along soon for you!
